Hattitude Miami LLC, doing business as Hattitude Hat Bar ("Hattitude," "we," "us"), runs a mobile custom hat bar in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, contact us, or book us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Event details: event type, date, start time, city or venue, indoor or outdoor, estimated guest count, and company name for corporate events
- Your custom hat build (base, style, band, add-ons, initials or engraving text) and the date you need it
- Anything you write in the message box, and how you heard about us
- Whether you checked the box to receive text messages from us
If you message us on Instagram, call, or email, we keep that conversation so we can follow up.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, quote your event or hat, and check our availability
- To schedule and confirm bookings and send event reminders
- To make and deliver your custom hat
- To keep basic records of our bookings and orders
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you check the text message box on one of our forms, we may text the phone number you gave us about your inquiry and booking, such as replies to your questions, booking confirmations, and event reminders. Checking the box is optional and is never required to submit a form or book with us. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, such as our website host, our email provider, and the customer messaging system we use to reply to you. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it. None of this sharing includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, which is covered by the paragraph above.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records, and then delete them.

Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
